There is a new project. We need a licensed Florida Architect or Structural Engineer for a sign off on a commercial restaurant draft of a remodel that is taking place within a small plaza. The location is Hillsborough County, Florida. The draft you will receive to review and make revisions, then sign off will be prepared with elevation views, and a site map from a survey.

E-Draftsman,

Thank you for choosing E-AutoCAD Design Solutions, LLC. We have a new
project that is available. We need a licensed engineer or architect
from the state of Florida to review and sign off on a schematic of a
16'x20' storage shed with a Hip roof. There is one 3' entry door, and
one 8' garage door. There is no electrical. CAD tech's have prepared
the drawings, all we need now is an engineer to review, revise if
necessary, and sign off.

It's been brought to our attention that a commercial restaurant's of 485 sq ft needs updating of air conditioning, an additional restroom, a dividing wall, and a service counter. The restaurant is going to feature a drive through, fast food style BBQ for downtown Tampa, FL. by "Lake Egypt".

We'll need an architect or an engineer to sign off on the revisions, based on supplied drawings that I record from on site inspection. If you would please, send your bid to mbe.....

We need a professional that is capable of signing drafting documents for a 16'x20' shed, built 16" on center wood framing. The location is Wesley Chapel, Florida (Pasco County)

I have been a mechanical draftsman for over 12 years now with. I have a extensive experience in the lighting industry. Basicly I can take a concept sketch of a light fixture and develop a full engineering drawings for production. I can produce these drawings in a timely manner for use both here in the US and for production in China. In addition I have considerable experience working with and converting drawings from vendors in China.

Despite our recent crashed mortgage and building market, E-AutoCAD is now seeking additional revenue sources from loans, grants, investments, etc. We have an appointment to meet with financial counselors next week.
